I’ve listened to the first 2 podcasts that are up and I was impressed with both of them, the topics that were discussed were done so with the right amount of light-heartedness which is always good when discussing fairly big issues.
My only gripe is with the static sound effect used when you’re cutting from one topic to another. I was playing the podcasts on my laptop at a reasonable volume but they really irritated my ears. This might just be me, though!
But yeah, on the whole, I think this is an excellent idea. Hopefully next term more contributors will be given the chance to be heard and the podcasts will have more time, more topics, etc because what I’ve heard so far is v. promising.
